We operate under the official Alojamento Local (AL) license issued by Turismo de Portugal. Our services include fully serviced apartments, integrated smart locks, and personal digital butler assistance.

We collect Identity Data (first name, last name, passport/ID details) required for Portuguese SEF/SIBA registration, Contact Data, and Transaction Data. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Your data is used to process your booking, comply with Portuguese law (reporting to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras), and perform KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification via our partner Sumsub.
